Maroa Jackson is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the founding partner of Maroa J. & Associates Advocates. Maroa has also worked as an Associate Advocate at Maanzo & Co.Advocates. He advocate has a wide experience in conveyancing and litigation where he has acted for various insurance companies, banks, real estate developers, and petroleum companies. Maroa has led and participated in multi-jurisdictional teams in various corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and disposals and joint venture arrangements. Mr. Maroa has advised clients on market entry strategies as well as project development, structuring and financing.
